Q: What is Flash Chorus?
A: A weekly singing event, usually held in a bar.
Q: Do I have to audition?
A: No, Flash Chorus is open to anyone regardless of singing experience.
Q: What do I do when I get there?
A: You should find a seat, meet a friend, grab a drink and belt it out.
Q: So what do I have to do exactly?
A: You'll rehearse, practice, and perform two songs with frequent breaks in between. We film/record the last performance of each song.
Q: I don't sing, can I just watch?
A: Sure, but chances are you'll want join in.
Q: What kinds of songs do you do?
A: We mostly stick to recent pop hits and indie rock/pop but we will occasionally reach back farther in history when the spirit moves us.
Q: Is Flash Chorus kid friendly?
A: Yes, Children 12 and are free with adult ticket purchase. This is limited to one child per adult. Parents should use discretion when bringing their kids, some lyrics may not be suitable for young singers. Please note: Venue policy states that anyone under 18 MUST be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian.

A: Seamus Kenney and Kerri Lockwood. A husband and wife team who are also public school teachers and are active in the arts scene.
Q: What if I don't recognize the songs?
A: Practice links are posted for each event. Listen ahead of time and you'll be just fine. A big part of our mission is to get you to step outside your comfort zone and try something you didn't think you were capable of.
